Thaumaturgical Net does not work on Plummeting Ursa in Shaped Underground River Map

As per title. No need for further info.

Repro:
- Install the game
- Progress through the game and obtain T7 Shaper Orb
- Shape Underground River Map
- Start the map and go to Boss Room
- Reach phase 2 of the boss
- Throw a net to the Plummeting Ursa

Observe that the beast cannot be catched
