Advice on this build idea? Tanky Fire-Mage 2H Axe

Hey there, everyone!

I have this idea for a build that I'd like you guys to take a look and maybe give some advice. (I'm not well versed on the passive tree or the game in general.) So, he's basically (as the title says) a tanky mage wielding a 2H axe and spitting fire. I don't care much if it's, or isn't, super viable, I just like to play fun ideas or role play so I don't get bored/tired of the character. That doesn't mean I want it to be absolute crap.

Here's a rough idea of it, the build I have so far.

I think it looks clunky and weak. Any thoughts?
