Reduce the amount of spamming

I think spamming is getting too annoy and possibility worsen like every 1-3 mins.

Would limited the chat until you're lvl 5 or even 7 so it would reduced less amount from spamming on every 1-3 mins? Or even have a mod setup like filter ,etc.

No, this would not solve the problem. Other MMOs have implemented this, unsuccessfully.
Just give us the CHAT FILTER already! This has been asked ever since the beginning of time, there are threads from 2013 asking for it, and we still have to endure the spam. Not just the currency sellers, there are tons of annoying people too, and the ignore list is limited.
Charge 1 GGGold per global post. That'll shut that shit down real quick. LOL.

(I've actually seen some F2P games do this -- Flyff, for example, used to charge for 'megaphones' which enabled a limited number of global posts.)

Serious answer: the chat UI of PoE is embarrassingly bad but what do you expect when an indie company's only game goes supernova and they're left scrambling just to keep the game afloat and updated? QoL is going to be largely overlooked when you've more pressing issues...and has been, for years.

If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period.

it has to do with the fact that every implementation out there has been beat / worked around. So instead of providing a useless amount of work on chat, that just gets beat I rather them put resources where is needed. do what the community did with 820, start a chat channel where people have it as a focus for a reason, and people just block anyone not doing the function and it cuts down greatly.
