I can't stay alive. gear, build or just lack of mechanic skill?

I tried and failed at uber lab 6 times today, got 1 shot at stage 3 of the fight twice.
also failed at the elder fight. 6 deaths at stage 1.
I even die in low tier maps.

I capped my elemental resist. I tried to put hp on every single piece of gear.
picked up most of the hp nodes on my passive.

I have artic armor, grace, cwdt with tempest shield linked blind and phase run/blood rage. cwdt with immortal call and temp chain. shield charge with fortify

Basically, whatever defensive step I can think of. But i just can't stay alive.

I used all my currencies for my current set up.
what should I do? please advice

please take a look at my current setup

the obvious is that ur rings could be upgraded easily

you may also want to evaluate your playstyle ST should always be killing at distances, i personally use whirling blades with my ssf ST build

edit: i looked at the lvl 85 bestiary char (please leave that league by the way, it is an utter joke)

If you are getting 1-shot at stage 3, but not stage 1-2, then either you are not disabling the Izaro buffs as you go, or the goddess's fire blast thing is murdering you.

If it's the fire blast thing, then the best suggestion is to learn to time & avoid it. If you can't do that, try running purity of fire and a ruby flask or 2.

I will try to upgrade my ring first. But it is hard to find a ring with lots of res, life and add physical damage.

I die from the leap attack from Izaro (the very first attack)
first two stages was okay, i think i dodged it.

Shhh... it's a dark secret that GGG doesn't want your exile to live. That's how I see it otherwise why would hoards of unimaginable creatures be hanging out on an island all day every day just waiting for an exile to come by so it can try to kill him/her. And even if dozens have been slaughtered by an exile the hoards of other beasts and even humans will still blindly charge in to their death (can't they see the stupidity of the other dead that doing the same thing will just get them killed?). They're worse than brainless zombies (at least we know why they make suicide charges... albeit slowly). GGG has put a little more intelligence (not much but maybe an ounce) in the rogues that roam the lands of PoE (but even some of them act dumb too and are "cannon fodder"). But even real humans did the same thing back in the Civil War and before so intelligence doesn't always rise above old bad habits.

If you dont disable or kill certain things in phase 1 and 2 he gets massive damage buffs in the subsequent phase.
