Lava Chamber inaccessible loot area

It happened couple days ago and unfortuantely forgot to include /bug number, however, it happens at the the tileset which shouldn't matter on the instance layout. I tried to get the jewel for couple minutes with no luck. Also tried to hide and show item tooltips.
