cannot find "the alpha beast" and "spider crab"

These might be bugged and not in the game any dev confirm they are in it?

Only missing those as well, questionning their existence.

I was so certain that Alpha beast would have been in the lair map just before the boss as there is always that one big skeleton beast in every lair map and the flavour text for lair map has "alpha" in it. I just checked it in standard and it is just ordinary skeletal beast.

I still have around 20 monster that I haven't found but I know the locations for almost all of them. Only few that I don't know besides alpha beast and spider crab are:
- Poisonous parasite
- bone scavenger
- zombie rhoa

Do you happen to remember where you got those? I'm pretty sure those don't appear in maps but I also haven't been able to find them in earlier areas.

Zombie Rhoas are in Whakawairua Tuahu

There are also like 8-12 unique species that only show up in Untainted Paradise (Aboriginal apes for instance)

I assume that most of the rarer varieties are unique-map-only spawns.

Bone scavenger is a rhoa that can be found in Coward's Trial (3 stage I think).

But Alpha Beast and Spider Crab are monsters that I think are bugged and they do not exist.

Thank you for the information, I still haven't done many unique maps so no wonder I had missed those.

Lets hope ggg can give us some new information about alpha beast and spider crab soon.

I have the same problem. I have everything exept those 2.
