Inya's key

There is possibility to get 2 Inya's key from one prophercy. I've done my uber lab today with Inya's key prophercy. When I've killed boss only Inya's key dropped. I've picked it up ( quite fast ) and then body exploded and I've get proper loot ( with second Key ).
