Herald of ash versus Anger

This new herald of ash is better than Anger with less mana reservation. Yes, it do for may spell character about 100 less damage but that's absolutely nothing. They should buff anger.

Heralds are supposed to be a little better because they're not shared like auras are.

actually they should rework instead, to:- HoA - add flat damage - both + current effect HoI - add flat damage - spell only + current effect HoT - add % physical as extra lighting - physical attack only + current effect. Perm. Retired from this unforgiving land of the Exiles.
