Does the jewel Frozen Trail drops on Xbox?

Wondering before i make a totem frostbolt build does the Frozen Trail jewel drop on Xbox? thanks

It is a quest reward from act 4

For Frostbolt totem build your best bet is to end up running to A5 with a second character to get another jewel so you don’t have to buy them. I ended up starting another character before my frostbolt totem guy so I had a jewel waiting for him as soon as he could socket. Really liking the frostbolt build so will likely do that same thing again in future leagues.

Yes it can drop RNG or you can get 1 as a quest reward per character. I have been selling these for 10c first week or 2 almost every season, they drop to about 1c after that.
