Instant Dousing Flask Only Removes One Source of Burning Per Use

I haven't tested with a flask of dousing that has a duration yet to see if the issue is generic, but this definitely applies to my Seething Divine Life Flask of Dousing.

Running a RF character, and normally hitting my dousing flask will turn off RF. However, if I get ignited by a monster then the flask will only remove the ignite burn, and RF will stay active. Hitting the flask a second time after removing the first burn will properly turn off RF.

I am not certain if this is intended behavior or a bug, however either way it is quite annoying.
