Weap Switch bug

Using Leapslam and instantly switchting to my bow let the game crash.

Necro post because this seems to still be happening.

Using frenzy (which is on my bow) and switching to my dual wield setup at the same time so that frenzy is no longer equipped crashes the game consistently.

Doing whirling blades and switching back to a bow at the same time doesn't crash the game, but then the bow gets put into the second weapon swap set somehow, and I have to press the weapon swap key twice in order to swap back to the dual wield set.
