Puppet Master - Minion Duration not added to Mirror/Blink Arrow

Since all Mods that effect Minions also Effect the Clones, the Minion Duration from Puppet Master should be added to the time the clones stay like the normal "Skill Effect Duration".
Currently this is not the case. Last bumped on Mar 9, 2018, 7:29:51 PM
