Crave The Slaughter- Not Working as intended with totems?

Just wondering if there is any official word about Crave The Slaughter's +1 rage gain per kill-
playing a warchief build and noticing that kills do not apply +1 rage. Has anybody heard if that interaction is intentional? Last bumped on Mar 4, 2018, 5:28:32 PM
