[3.2] Raider elemental SST build, SSFHC!

Hello everyone~ I would like to share with you my ideas, progress and build during game experience.
Just started now and, at first, will share my first minds about skill tree. It is still a lot of questions (for example about Precise Interception node, and another from Shield archetype), without a level - depending and any optimization.
I will edit this topic as fast as I can, due to lack of time on this weekends. But, lest being in touch and share minds about SST and SSF.

Due to Raider specific, it's pretty essential to have frenzy charge as much as we can.
191% of life sounds pretty safe, regarding a shield (+block nodes) and Eva/dodge.
An elemental version should be much comfortable in DPS scaling.
