Ok so I did Shaper now and he dropped his Key, wemt to Shaper's study and Zana gave me the Elder Orb

what key? i was talking about when you try to talk to zana where it says shapers orb for the dialog it don't do anything when you click it

its dialog i don't think you get it and i got 14 of the 15 orbs so i do got 1 left but ima just leave it alone i never new shaper dropped a key i just gotta get elder to spawn in tier 14+ to get the 15th orb drop then its all done my atlas has been done since the day it came out 158 out of the 157

When you get the last T15 shaper orb and do a shaper run you get a Elder orb that upgrades any map to a T16, then you have to somehow get Elder into Shapers realm for the Uber Elder fight. Not sure how to do that yet though.

I have the same problem as the OP; the character name is athanasia (the character that took the memory fragment to zana), if that helps, but I am confused as to why character name is necessary.
Mine is not the last shaper orb, I have a few more to go. |

I have the same issue as OP. I click "take shaper's orb" at Zana... you see the text 'flicker' briefly but nothing happens. I'm at 13/15 memory eater.
