BF Gladiator utilizing 'The Surrender' ascendancy node advice

Hi all, currently planning on using the following build ( https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Kravt/characters ) as my league starter. Playing on HC, it seems like a pretty safe build to handle most content early on. My question is, with the ascendancy node changes what would be the best way to go about doing that? Specifically, with Gratuitous Violence moving to 4 points I'm wondering whether that is still the best route to go, or if I should just skip that side and take Violent Retaliation and Outmatch and Outlast instead?
