It does for a single trap setup like me that was meant for Sarn/CTF.
Half the duration means I can't have all my traps out at the same time, can't cover as much ground. PvE-wise, I can't stack all my traps under shaper before he stops talking so no more 1 shots. So yea, RIP that character imo. BEar trap is fucking broken now lol.
I just made a shit build to test with only 2 phy-elem stats and the x-y is way to high. I think it is seriously time we harass GGG about penetration+elemental damage. Poe Pvp experience
