Is it safe to use xsolla with Amazon gift card?
What it says. Like some of you, I am suspicious of Xsolla and have had trouble in the past with a cc when I bought a pack. Yesterday I won a $100 Amazon gift card and I wanted to use some of it for a new pack but I'm worried about it.
Anyone have any experiences with a gift card on Xsolla? Thanks in advance! Censored. Last bumped on Feb 22, 2018, 4:41:03 PM

I know it is shit, but I don't want my $100 to mysteriously disappear (or rather the remaining $70). Last time I used one of my cc's and the company went insane. Now, I recently had a card reissued due to fraud in Malta so we don't want to scare the company needlessly.
They had to go to the expense of overnighting a card to me. :( Censored.

I've used 3x 50$ prepaid Visa and/or Mastercard
Didn't have any major issue, except my outlook decided Xsolla confirmations belong to the spam folder by itself. What issues are people having? why does it have a "bad" reputation? Also, why would GGG have chosen to go with a service that has a bad reputation? Last edited by teksuoPOE#2987 on Feb 22, 2018, 4:31:10 PM

Thanks for the info! See my post above. They are on shitlist w/cc companies because they are a Russian company though HQ in CA, I think. Other than that, I know nothing more than what happened to me.
The 64 million dollar question is indeed why would GGG go with them when they have a bad rep whether deserved or not. Censored.

" Yeah.. money is a sensitive thing (for most people at least). You don't want the customers to be intimidated by a questionable service before they even consider getting something. Weird decision. At least i didn't have issues myself. *knocks on wood for the future* |
