Cartographer's Strongbox T12 map

Hey guys could some one help me out.
Cartographer's Strongbox in T12 map can roll max +1 chest lvl? Kind spend 3 divine on it and all 3 hit +1 chest lvl. Last bumped on Feb 14, 2018, 4:28:51 PM

wiki says +1-3 for carto, and as I remember it was restriction depends on map lvl allwasys
dont trust wiki in this things like 30%-50% wiki inf wrong or old atm |

when I hit alt and mouseover strongbox for item quant it shows like 39%(30-40) with new item description function on.
but for chest lvl it just shows +1 without any brackets and possible rolls. |

oh man, never even thought about it since i never tried to divine it - just reroll for more. Looks like +1 and +2-3 are different tiers :D
