"proof" or "lack of proof" has nothing to do with the policy. Why is that hard for people to understand? No name/shame. Doesn't say anything about "proof".

On other hand. It happens to me too but opposite. I was selling some stuff for 4c and guy put 4 exalts instead and confirm the sale. I did't confirm it and ask him why he put 4 ex instead of 4c. Then he realized his mistake and correct it. I could have free 4ex, but it's not my nature to cheat. My honor is the the most valuable thing I have.

Thats what the accept button is for dude. I've had this happen multiple times this league as well as a couple times EVERY league when buying lots of lower currency. ALWAYS double check the amount and if it doesn't jive cancel the trade... Simple as that. Follow this simple advice and you will NEVER EVER get scammed.

Indeed. Ive had people also put in too much of a currency im buying then once i realize it i open the trade back up and give the extra back... And tell them to make sure to double check those numbers... not everyone is honest and thats just the way it is.
