The Divination Distillate

Ok not sure if its a bug, but i've got buffs enable in top right screen.
#1 When i use The Divination Distillate flask it shows up for 1 sec and then disappears, even though there is 4 second indicator right bellow the buff.
#2 When i press 2 since the flask is in my second slot, it doesn't activate, i have to spam it a few times, and it wont activate at all unless im in combat or just randomly spamming my attack skill in air. But when i right click it, it activates right away but same thing, buffs shows for 1 sec then goes away from the top left corner if screen and not even right click activates it outside of combat/random skill using.
#3 Cd indicator in bottom of the screen where flasks are, also shows up for 1 sec and then disappears
idk if i forgot something, will edit but anyway it seems that this flask is either not working atm or im not familiar with its mechanics.

Divination Distillate is a Hybrid Flask.

It recovers Life and Mana, and if you reach 100%, the effect will end.
