Hubris Divination Card Drop Locations

With Hedge Maze gone the only location listed on the wiki is The Library. Been farming there for a few hours now and haven't seen a single one of those so far (only Scholar and Turn the other cheek). I don't remember it to be that rare to be honest. Granted, it gives you a unique ring, but there are so many among those that are just mediocre.

Does the Hubris card actually still drop in Library or have the locations changed completely? The wiki sadly seems to get more and more outdated, especially with the curent Cargo/SMW migration.
