Is there a minimum character level requirement to get all prophecies?

If this requirement is in place for a character, does anyone know what level you have to be to get all prophecies?

You need to be level 70 to get a lot of the best prophecies. Not all of them though - a lot of crappy prophecies are also disabled the higher level you get.

Regarding the crappy prophecies being disabled at higher levels, I still get a ton of the crap prophecies at lvl 95, But I do see that most of the ones from the section with the reward "nothing" I haven't gotten. Some of them still regularly appear though.

https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Prophecy 21 out of 42 I still get, some very often. The rest of the prophecies on the list I get too, only about 10 I don't remember getting, So I was wondering If I needed to be even higher level for trash to treasure for example, that one I still haven't gotten.

Various patch notes mention prophecies being disabled from level 70 onwards. Empirical evidence weirdly shows that a lot of the map-only prophecies (maybe all of them) become available at level 69, not level 70, but that's not something I usually bother mentioning.

As far as we know there are no prophecies with a higher level requirement than 70, but it's hard to be absolutely sure for some of the super-rare ones. Trash to Treasure is either the rarest or second-rarest prophecy in the whole game (Fated Connections being the competitor), so it's not surprising that you haven't seen it.

Well that's interesting but too bad we can't be sure. It's always the super rares ones you hope to get, byt annoying having to level very high just to be sure not knowing when to stop. Might write GGG on the off chance they'll respond, who knows they've responded to a lot more silly questions before.
