Missing character shoutout on kill

I really miss the character notifications when killing rare (and unique?) mobs, that pop up once in a while on PC.

Like "death to sin!" or "Oops clumsy me!"

Will theese be added to xbox some time?
Also seems more like a bug because i can't image why one would not implement this.
(The speeches on level up also seem to be a bit too rare)
