Forum quotes ignore subsequent account name changes

The name of the person being quoted is just a text parameter of the {quote} BBcode tag, I do not think it carries a reference to the quoted user or anything like that. I can just do
" and it quotes you (and properly links to your account if you click your name in the quote) without having to be connected to any of your posts. I don't think changing the author of all quotes when someone changes their forum name would be feasible or even possible; unless you want to look for all occurrences of {quote="name"} across all the forums.
