[3.1] Maximum Dexterity - Reave Juggernaut - up to 15 APS

Juggernaut Profits from both the frenzy and non frenzy effect.
For Mapping, the Attack Rating boosts our Attack Speed.
For bosses, we cannot generate Frenzy Charges as easy and therefore proft from the 50% Crit Multi.

Rare Sword

With around 2 APS, this build reaches up to 15 APS.
Rare Weapons can get additional Dexterity, which will boost our Damage and our Life even further. Why Life? Spoiler:Shapers Touch. See down below.

Offhand:

The new Shaper Mods are crazy. I was very lucky to get this axe.
Endurance Charge on Crit is amazing for Juggernauts.
Physical as extra Fire/Cold/Light, try to get as high mods as possible.
Dexterity is a really good bonus here.

Starkonja

This Item has eversthing we want in this build. High Life, High Dex, Attack Speed, some Crit Chance. Reave Damage Enchant is BiS.

Abyssus

Just your typical insane Damage boost. Not needed for Mapping though.

The Perfect Form

This might be tough to colour, but we get free Arctic Armour, Increased Dex, Life, High Evasion and free Phase Acrobatics. BiS.

You can also try to craft an Elder Armour with Increased Dexterity on it.
Do it on a Strength based Armour for easy coloring.

Shapers Touch

This is the only choice. With Around 750-800 Dexterity, thee will give you atleast 180++ Life, 150%++ Increased Melee Damage along with some Evasion and Accuracy. there is no other Choice.

Rare Boots with High Dex are really cheap. You want High Resists, because it might not be easy to hit the cap.


Garukhans Flight

At 800 Dex you get 80 Life, which isnt great. Immunity to Ground effects is not worth losing Resistences and more Dexterity.
But it is an option.

Belts

Darkness Enthroned is a great choice. You can get high Dex on Jewels and some other stats to fill some gaps. Like Resistences, Damage, Life etc.



Or you can try to Essence Craft a Stygian Vise. I was not successful so far



Rings

You want High dex, High Flat Phys, High Res, Life.



Amu

You can try to craft a Shaper Amulette with Increased Damage per 15 Dex


Or Look for High dex (50-70), Crit Multi, Flat Phys, Life, Res

You will need some Resistences on your Jewels.
Look for High Dex and High Res. Crit Multi, Flat Phys, Phys%, Life, Life%, Attack Speed and Int are desireble

Classic Setup
tase of Hate or Sin's Rebirth are good alteratives for Silver Flask
