7 Mod rare?

Been looking all over trying to figure out how people do it. Below is an example of an item from poe.trade. It has 3 Suffix/3 Prefix + a 4th crafted suffix?

Eagle Slippers Titan Greaves

Strength: 120
ilvl: 78
Max sockets: 4 (4)

30% increased Armour (P)
+75 to maximum Life (P)
+35% to Fire Resistance (S)
+36% to Lightning Resistance (S)
25% increased Movement Speed (P)
12% increased Stun and Block Recovery (S)
crafted+29% to Cold Resistance (P)


Now i found a similar item with all the same stats, minus the crafted cold resistance. I asked the dude to check if it could take another crafted mod and he said no. How do you get that 7th mod?

Those boots have a hybrid armour/stun recovery prefix. They only have 6 mods - there's no way to get 7 on a rare item.

Also, if you go to Options -> UI -> (scroll down to) Advanced Mod Descriptions, click it so the circle is checked, and then hold Alt (or whatever you have Item Highlight bound to) while mousing over your item. You should see the breakdown of exactly what modifiers are on the item.
