Add a slider to the UI menu where you can set the zoom range on map overlay and save during logout

I really like the new zoom out function on the map overlay, but I think it's a bit irritating that you need to reset the zoom every time you relog, would it be possible to make it persistent over the account and to add a slider to the UI options section under Minimap?
A slider makes it also easier for people without these buttons to change it.
