Chaos orb and Regal Orb Recipe

When I try a set lvl 60+ all identified, the recipe give to me regal orbs instead chaos orbs.

The chaos orb recipe changed? why I can't conclude the recipe?

Belt and rings lvl 60+.

I tested and lvl 45+ generate regal orbs.

Are the items player level requirement 60+, or item level 60+? The chaos/regal recipe doesn't give a snot about player level requirement, it looks at item level. High ilvl gear, such as anything found in maps above tier 8(I believe it was?), will yield Regals instead.

Anything below ilvl 60 in the recipe means Chance orbs. Anything between ilvl 60 and ilvl 74 in the recipe means Chaos orbs. Everything at ilvl 75 or above means Regal orbs. That's the way it's always been.

For me it's always regal orbs.

to generate chaos orbs I must look for items in maps under lvl 74? At the same time the lvl 60+ for items?

To echo this: both recipes absolutely work, as expected, today. You, denusius, are simply looking an the wrong "level" field.

Now I understood, with ALT and the cursor above the item, I discovered the ilvl and generate chaos orbs.
