Missing portal after the Doedre fight in Sepulchre map

After killing Doedre in a Sepulchre map you normally get a portal back so you don't have to backtrack the entire area to the normal map. We killed her during her teleport attack resulting in no portal spawning.

Killed her again today during her teleport attack, resulting in no portal. 99% sure now that this is the issue.
