ascendancy
 Damage multiplier and extra explosions. The 25% explosion scales from your chaos damage. If you have 100% increase to chaos damage, then the explosion will deal 50% of mob's health.  Damage multiplier.  This is the reason why we are getting bleed and ignite immunity. We don't have any leech and this passive boosts our survivability by a lot. If we are burning or bleeding it delays the recharge.  This build focuses on trash clear, which means we will always have around 15% ES regen.
key items with explanation
This is where Death Aura comes from. The damage of the skill gets boosted by aura effectiveness, chaos damage and DoT passives. Most difficult part is to get 5 or 6 offcolors. At least you don't have to get a 6-link. Gives you a free 5-link Blight. With my setup I use Cast While Channeling + ED + Contagion + Void Manipulation. Whenever I played an ED character, it was very annoying to cast 2 skills separately, but this solves that issue. Whenever you use a skill, enemies get further reduction to their already low chaos resistance. Having freeze immunity is nice as CI. If you feel like you can handle it with flasks, you can get an ES with resists ring.

 Against tanky enemies we stand still and cast Blight with CWC + ED  This build is best when it comes to trash clear, so we always have 8% move speed and phys reduction. This is also always active when clearing Abyss cracks.
unique jewels
 Makes you ignite immune. Ignites are very common in maps and they just delay your Wicked Ward ES regen.  More chaos resist reduction to your enemies.
gem setup
Death's Oath: Arcane Surge + Concentrated Effect + Efficacy + Swift Affliction + Void Manipulation + Increased AOE. If you can't get 6 offcolors, you can use Reduced Duration instead of Increased AOE. Arcane Surge is necessary to give your Death Aura the "duration" tag and then Efficacy, Swift Affliction and Reduced Duration will work. Allelopathy: Cast While Channeling + Void Manipulation + Contagion + Essence Drain. With this setup you completely automate the ED + cont combo and also your Spreading Rot jewel will give your enemies even further chaos resist reduction.
expensive gear - you don't have to get this for this build
This build is focused on trash clearing and getting Bisco's makes sense. Obviously you can get any other amulet and it will even make getting your elemental resists capped easier.
I am just too slow to press anti-bleed flask, so that's why I use Death's Door in every build.

Really like the idea of your build.
I have taken it up, but instead of running bisco's, I think the more damage you get from Impresence (Chaos version) speeds up everything and in the end it feels like its more worth it. Also, my character being level 94, I picked up the 1 additional curse node, and together with Impresence, which reduces the reserved mana of despair to 0, you can run an additional curse witht he blasphemy setup, I chose Enfeeble to make the build more tanky overall.
