Shaper Memory Fragment didn't drop

So I finally managed to get The Elder and The Guardians to spawn on red maps, Elder occupying a T15 Basilica, meaning I would finally get my last 5 Memory Fragments and Shaper Orbs. I killed the first Guardian (The Constrictor) on Caldera, it dropping the Memory Fragment XI as it should. After that I proceeded to kill The Eradicator on Park, but it didn't drop the fragment even though it was marked on the Atlas. The Guardian and The Fragment disappeared from the Atlas after that (so can't run him again), the remaining Fragments still being there though. But obviously I can get only 3 more Fragments from them (in case they drop normally), thus being unable to finish the quest.

Got into exactly same situation. After I collected 3 remaining fragments and got 14/15 progress last one never showed up.

I tried to lead Elder to other maps (red, shaped, both sides) multiple times and never seen mark for last fragment.

Guess I realized why that happens, apparently the last 5 fragments follow the same rules as the first 10, meaning that each has to drop one map higher tier than the previous one. So in my case when I cleared the T13 Caldera, the fragment was removed from the T13 Park. The same thing happened when I got the next fragment from The Purifier on T14 Palace, which made the fragment on T14 Crimson Temple disappear. The fragment on T15 Elder seems to still remain. So I guess to get all 5, the guardians would have to appear on T11, T12, T13 and T14 maps which is a bit silly I think, there being so heavy amount of RNG involved. Though if it is really working as intended, so be it then :P

In that part of the quest, you won't get any fragments from T11 or T12 maps.

Okay I see! Thanks for the info! Though apparently I got the third Guardian fragment (13/15) from The Elder himself. Also the quest still tells me to kill Elder Guardians instead of The Elder, even though I'm only lacking 2 fragments. Though it may be possible that the Elder kill counted towards part 3 somehow, and I still need to kill one Guardian and The Elder once. Who knows. So apparently no bugs happening at all, just very unclear and confusing mechanics :P

That wasnt the 3rd guardian fragment, but an elder one, indeed.
