Sekhema feather quest reward

So with the Sekhema feather quest in act 9 no matter who you give it to (Tasumi or Irasha) they just give you a skill point and different dialogue.

I think Petarus and Vanja should be thrown into the mix since they collect rare artifacts and such and along with the skill point you get an additional charge like the old merciless bandit rewards. I think it should be Endurance charge from Irasha, Frenzy from Petarus and Vanja and a power charge from Tasumi.

It would add more meaning to the choice.

I like the idea, but probably won't happen, they removed the extra charge option for a reason. Adding it back will be a challenge, but I do like the idea.

They removed it because they werent able to really push out the frenzy\power charge nerf they wanted to, so settled on giving people one less potential charge as a result.
