[3.1] Null's Inclination Poison Necromancer (Makefile)
![]() This is my version Null's Inclination for 3.1 Atlas of Worlds and the Abyss League. I have successfully cleared T12 maps with it, which is the extent of my map progression. This is a niche play style, so don't expect it to do everything. The bow has some harsh limitations that many won't find appealing. This was a for-fun project and I am not a top tier player. I liked the idea of a poison Necromancer, so I went with it. This entire build may be better as a pure elemental aura spec (see other guides for this).
Abyss Disclaimer:
Abyss' and Breaches are a major problem for this build. The Abyss mob's AoE's can wreck your minion momentum, and they often bypass your mobs to target you. I have died many times to Abyss cracks due to lag, clusters of on-screen particles, and my minions/offerings hiding the dark green bombs on the ground. I generally avoid cracks/breaches them unless I have a decent army ready to go.
Also, trying to kill bosses like the Liches, Elder Guardians, etc. is an absolute no go for this build. You need a stream steady mobs to kill for this build to work, and these bosses will destroy everything you summon. Some map bosses are terrible for Null's, while others that give you streams of minions are a cake walk. I do not consider this build to be HC viable. You will die eventually. If you try this build, you have been warned.
Pros and Cons
Pros:
Great general clear with mass minions Gearing is quite cheap compared to other builds Engaging play-style (casting minions, shooting, flask management) Cons: Trouble with Abyss or Breaches Map bosses can be a problem if you lose momentum Can't clear solo bosses like Guardians/Elder. You need a way to generate minions to survive.

Gear
Jewels used: 1 Violent Dead Zombie Threshold Jewel 6-7 Ghastly Eye Abyss jewels with the following stats: Mandatory: Flat chaos and physical minion damage Secondary: Minion attack speed, move speed, blind on hit, taunt on hit, leech, etc. Find the best jewels that you can.
Gearing Explanation
A 5L Null's is all that is needed for to spawn minions and auto-cast Flesh Offering.
We use Speaker's Wreath to stop our minions from killing mobs (most of the time). This also helps with the Dext requirements and scales our minions at the same time. Note that a minion poison doesn't count as a "hit", so Speaker's Wreath won't stop the poison from killing a mob. Thus, don't use poison with the Null's minions (SRS + Animate Weapon). I use Dendrobate because it was cheap and allowed to scale my chaos + poison damage. Because of Null's, we already have to get 212 Dext and Int, so hitting 300 Dext to get the poison damage isn't much of a stretch. Also, Null's gives minion damage per 10 dext, so we get a double reward for going to 300. I do use poison with my zombies, as they get a free Lesser Poison with this armor (40% chance to poison). So my zombies can bypass Speaker's Wreath, but sometimes that is a good thing. Since Null's auto-casts Flesh Offering on my kills, I don't have many corpses available if my zombies start to die. Only a few corpses will survive this way, while giving my zombies a big boost in damage. With 3.1, the Shaper/Elder gloves allows for a 6-7L Tornado Shot. Shaper gloves give more damage, while the Elder gloves allow for a free Poison socket. Find a cheap pair with dext on them, as you can't go wrong with either. This is my most expensive piece of gear on this character. Maloney's Quiver is used to further scale my bow damage in conjunction with the Minion Blind Abyss jewels. With only 6% chance to blind and 40 minions, nearly every mob on the screen will be blinded. These quivers only run 2-3c for a near perfect roll. Very underrated IMO. A Corrupted Carnage Heart w/ minion damage was used for the mix of stats, all res, and damage while leaching. Since it is a global damage mod, this gives me and my minions more damage when I am hurt. This is by no means mandatory, but I would be hard-pressed to find a better all-around option available. A minion speed Essence amulet might be better, but those would be very expensive. Most people consider a minion corruption on Carnage Heart to brick the item, so I only paid 10c for it. Alberon's Boots are great for additional flat chaos damage and another skeleton. These by no means are mandatory, but I liked their theme. They are cheap as well. Because our minions all have flat chaos damage, Witchfire Brew is a fantastic boost in damage. Despair aura pairs perfectly with mass minions as it gives additional flat chaos damage per hit on the cursed mobs, -chaos res, and poison scaling. Also, it gives a free smoke cloud for our Meloney's Quiver as it is a Stibnite flask. I use a Writhing Jar to spawn a few SRS minions and cast Flesh Offering, which is great for boss damage boosts.
Bandits and Ascendancy
Bandits: Kill all
Necromancer: Mistress of Sacrifice Spirit Eater Commander of Darkness Beacon of Corruption or Flesh Binder (neither is mandatory)
Skill Gems
Gear Dependent Links:
Null's: SRS + Animate Weapon + Added Chaos + Melee Splash (or Multistrike) + Added Cold Dedrobate: Zombie + Fortify + Added Chaos + Minion Damage + Vile Toxins (6L is Lesser Poison) Shaper Gloves: Tornado Shot + GMP + Added Chaos + Poison Unset Ring: Vaal Summon Skeleton (for bosses) Other Links: Skeleton + Added Chaos + Added Cold + Multistrike Auras = Haste, Purity of Elements, Clarity (lvl 1) Golem = Stone Golem
Leveling
Play as a pure summoner until you equip your Null's. Getting enough dext as a Witch can be challenging. I didn't switch until I was level 70 and completed Merc Lab.

cool idea, just found the bow and was wondering if anybody has done anything with it this league.

You have to kill with the weapon to summon stuff, so killing with DoT (in this case, poison) doesn't count, unfortunately.
