Tornado Shot 3.1 or Wander for Ranger?

Hey,

I am a new Player in PoE, I did try out the Templar Totem Build but then I saw Tornado Shot / Wander Specc which looks way more fun, so I wounder which would be the better Specc in Long Term? (to get higher Maps) and is there a noob Friendly Guide for both?

I found a 3.0 one from Tornado, but I asume I can't use 3.0 anymore since 3.1 brough so many new stuff.

So I hope some here can at least advise me a bit :)

They have simillar boss possiblities since they both use barrage as single target. Also they both don't need a lot of currency to get going, but to reach end game they require pretty high investment (like Dying sun). So pretty much pick which you find more fun, if aren't discouraged by the EX's needed.
