[3.1] Build Showcase - Pathfinder RF Mjolnir Inpulsa's

Just a simple showcase of a build with some basic information.

Pros:
-55% increased quantity of items found + Bisco's
-89% all elemental resist
-potentially really cheap
-hipster :D

Cons:
-annoying to set up with all the stat requirements and such
-about 120k single target dps
-can't increase attack speed for shield charge past certain point without breaking cyclone attack frames (want to keep cyclone just under 4 APS)

Gameplay: Shaped Channel (lvl86)
PoB (lvl86)
Could triple the singe target DPS by going Discharge, but that would mean no Bisco's and no Goldwyrm.
