small QoL improvement

What about showing the min-max values for the mods of an equipment when hovering over it or whatever? Instead of having to google to know if you found something decent or not. Maybe add a turn on/off option too for the white knights coming to say they don't want it because "knowing the mods is skilllzzzz" or some stupid shit like that.
