[3.1][Wander][Raider] Kill Shaper/Uber Atziri #1 Build

Above video isn't even with Vaal Haste up...

Millions DPS,exceptional clear speed, and excellent single target dps. Shaper and Uber Atziri down. Added some cool 8mod T16 Guardian kills too.

SPECIAL NOTES:
The entire build is basically scaling your jewels. Go pure DPS jewels and spec all resits in gear... This build, like all Wander's are not cheap. But think positive...you dont need to be 6-Linked!

Starting to spec into Abyss Jewels on the tree. +45 life on abyss jewel is considerably more then %7 life. Currently at 6,292 life. This one show does more damage also. They are stupid expensive to convert.




CONS:
Typical evasion based/Acrobatic's issues, scaling to 6K hp was very hard. You always feel like a low life glass cannon build....not gonna lie, but I die to some stupid bull shit at times.

The body armor gives me lvl 20 Elemental Penetration. Lightning Penetration becomes a "more damage" modifier because I'm dipping into enemies negative resistances...thus more dps then Slower Projectiles.

So I'm asking for advice regarding the gear I have. I sacrificed a portion of my dps (currently around 1mln shaper dps) to get more tankiness as 5.5k hp wasn't cutting it for me - maybe I'm bad, but I kept dying to weird stuff all the time. I'm trying to craft an elder shield that gives x%max life, similar to my belt, while having max life and elemental damage, but it's getting tedious to buy essences (need specifics there, fire res).

I'm looking for a rare wand atm, but nothing under 10ex that I've found beats my piscators at all (calculating the culling strike into it). Do I really have to throw like 20+ex to get a better wand?

If you're looking at your barrage dps, biggest upgrade is going to be helm enchant over the current one you have. Second from that IMO is a swap from raider to pathfinder and going for flask efficiency for extra vinktar damage and then additional proj from dying sun. That's a minimum of 50% more damage from increased proj's alone. I don't know what the Barrage IAS mod will do for dps, but I assume that would change a lot.

As far as wands go, the returns for in league for dps per dollar is probably some of the worst in the game. I would also assume on the DPS front you're losing quite a bit compared to him since Lycosidae stops the double rolling of accuracy rating.

What is your chance to hit at this point? Also what is your dps change from swapping in Lightning Pen instead of Crit Multi gem? According to OP, that's a more multiplier and might be rolling differently with your crit chance and accuracy rating.
