abyssal supporter pack

First off, I'm aware this isn't exactly the place to post this but since the issue hasn't been resolved since yesterday I feel like posting it here might help speed up the process.

So yesterday I bought the Abyssal Supporter Pack through the website but after about 2 hours of waiting I still didn't receive the package in my 'Cosmetics Stash' so I decided to mail them.

After that I just went to bed figuring I'd get a response by today, without success however.
I decided to log-in, and of course, the MTX wasn't there either.

For the record, the payment was done with paypal (I got all my MTX instant in the past by this method).

I've got a confirmation mail from Xsolla:

And I've also got a message on the website itself saying:

I know it's weekends and all but paying over 50€ for something I haven't received isn't exactly my definition of fun so hopefully the issue get's resolved a bit quicker through this medium.

QA investigate bug reports; they don’t handle payment issues.

Support will respond to your e-mail as soon as they can. They’ve had a backlog since the festive season when a lot of staff wanted time off, and as you noted in your post, it’s the weekend.

I'm fully aware but it's been 48 hours now and I have yet to come across a response and solution.
Not exactly fun.

edit: I think I just figured out what happened, I bought the abyssal pack on this account which wasn't merged yet with my steam on the website even though I play through the steamclient.

My name on steam is 'cwhy'.
