Misclick on purchase - chance of a return?

Hello all,
today I spend some $. All I want to know is, is it possible to return a bought skin? All I wanted was some wings but I accidently bought the Seraph Wings instead of the Arcane Wings. At some point "click to confirm" becomes meaningless.

email support, i have heard of them doing this before, but its always labeled as a one and only one time exception.
