Some questions for an old player

Hi, I am Wondering if there's normal that I have the feeling like no one item I drop worth something?
I check poe trade, but two years ago a white 5 links was pretty much more worth than 1 alch no?
I mean, I run maps again and again (lvl 80) and I didn't drop 1 unique item that is worth more than 1 chaos.

What kind of rare items in maps should I no pick up? (like staff)?

One other question but trials of ascendancy drops in every map for uber lab or in special maps?

Unique items have dropped massively in value, module because they are more common than they used to be. It's pretty rare that a unique actually worth anything drops.

Most rare items aren't really worth picking up either. Personally I just pick up jewelry, jewels and Shaper/Elder items.

Trials can appear randomly in any map. I recommend joining global 820 to find people sharing them if you want to speed up finding them.
