Yeah, they're too rare. And I'd rather they be too common than too rare if GGG's gonna err in either direction; there's little adverse effect to having them being overly common... it just means there's less of a cost impediment to salvaging random rares with potential (while they cost to turning around and crafting/exalting said random rare to actually make it *better* remains the same).

I think vendoring a 5L should give an annul. Keep the droprate where it's at, but give us another way to earn them while also providing us a way to not feel shitty about a 5L we have no use for dropping.

Level 92 abyss, ~4 exalt drops, 1 annulment iirc.
I agree on changing drop rate to between blessed orb and exalt.

People are paying Up to several ex for an annul weapon, of the result is worth it
