Current Standard Map Build Meta

I have been messing around with a few builds trying to find what seems to the current fastest T13+ map farming build for standard solo play. Right now the one that seems to shine is the TS ripper build. Map clearing speed is fast, can wear full MF gear and headhunter, can do all map mods except no leech (legacy atrizi gloves being the key) and only time you seem to slow down or die is on bosses.

Anyone found any super fast builds that have the flexibility described above?
