Item Drops Stuck Between Strange Barrel and Wall of Vault

Screenshot shows the aftermath of a cleared Strange Barrel. Cannot be accessed with my movement skill (Flame Dash). Repeatedly pressed Z to make sure the item was there (including turning using Z to turn items off and manually finding the item location by hovering where it likely is).
