I have run the map five times now, and no tormented spirits to be found...
help??

He spawns the first spirit at 50% life and the other at 25% life. I failed this many times because the spirits died from my AOE before they got hold on him. Drop some damage supports and run away for a while when he hits the life thresholds.
It's now the boss of Shore, not coves.
