[3.1]Lighting Strike Build Question

Hello,

For Abyss I tried a new build for me, a elemental Ranger. Lighting Strike always caught my eye so i wanted to try it.

Hopefully I can get some suggestions in what am doing wrong and how to correct it.

My current build feels very weak, the best i can do comfortably is T3 Maps. Even then, taking out the trash mobs requires effort.

Which doesnt make sense to me, standing stationary with Ralakesh boots and hitting a couple flasks my DPS is over 70K DPS and over 10K in Lighting Damage.

I am at loss why am not melting mobs to liquid at this level (i.e. T3) My accuracy is below 90% is that why???

I know why gear ins't the greatest along with life etc. but am not getting hit that much.. It just takes a lot of effort to kill bosses, trash mobs, and abyss rare monsters.
