CAUSES OF THE TERRIBLE LAG SPIKES IN SINGAPORE SERVER?

Last bumped on Dec 31, 2017, 8:38:21 AM
I'm having the same issue as well with PLDT and singapore gateway. It started last december 24, and eversince it's been constant lag spikes and desync. First time posting winMTR as well.

Looks like 36351.sgw.equinix.com is the cause of the problem - neither your ISP, nor GGG hosting. Your best bet is to email both, with this trace, and ask them to try and get it fixed. With luck, your ISP may be able to do something: it looks like they peer directly with Equinix, so they may be able to escalate it to Equinix tech support.

Your issue is somewhere in this section of the path:

| 210.213.134.134.static.pldt.net - 2 | 293 | 290 | 42 | 115 | 324 | 76 |
| No response from host - 100 | 61 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| 103.231.152.56 - 21 | 168 | 134 | 147 | 216 | 310 | 152 |

Your best bet is to start with your ISP, since we see a small amount of packet loss on the pldt.net side, so the problem may originate there, or it may originate with the peer network. Either way they are best positioned to work on it.

thank you for the response sir
shouldn't GGG work on that and email them instead. It's causing a problem with Singapore Gateway. Our ISP has no issues with steam games or uplay even psn.

Yesterday zero packet loss, and then it comes back again today at Singapore Sever.

It's not GGG's problem. It is as far away from their host provider as it can get, and as such is completely out of their sphere of control. His/her only real option is to contact their ISP as already stated as they peer directly to that node. If anyone is going to have any sort of chance to get something resolved, it's the ISP.
