Abyssal Depths exit back to Temple Map bugged to always DC.

Was playing the "Temple Map", it was "Occupied by the Punisher" (I think, fire orbs right?), I had not completed the map either.

Interestingly, after I beat the Punisher, when I left the arena for the first time I did not re-appear in the "Temple Map" right by the Arena entrance portal. Rather, I spawned in an area of the map I had yet to explore. It was approx southeast of where the portal was. I tried entering the arena again to see if it would replicate this but it did not.


I started clearing the remainder of the map and found an Abyssal Depth as per usual, cleared it fine, went to leave and I DC'd from the exit at the back end of the Abyssal Depths map. Rejoined the map and found the Abyssal Depths again, entered it and left from the entrance of the Abyssal Depths and that DC'c me too. I had more portals and I did it 2 more times.

Leaving the Abyssal Depths to return to a Temple Map DC'd me 100% of the time.

At login screen I was provided with "An unexpected disconnect occurred"

I took a few screenshots of the map layout, the abyssal depth layout, and where I think I re-spawned after exiting the arena the first time. Haven't hosted them, not sure if they would have value.

I just submitted the same bug, I saw your thread too late. I believe after leaving the Guardian Arena you spawn right next to the Abyss Depth entrance. If you think about it can you confirm that ? I think it would be helpful for the devs.

Yep this seems to happen to any abyssal depths that spawn in maps occupied by elder/guardians.
It's completely safe when it's free from elder or his guardians though.
You will always spawn next to an abyssal depth when leaving the guardian/elder fight, even when the depth hasn't been opened.
You can even check if you have an abyssal depth in an elder map by entering the arena and leaving to see if there is one.

Weirdly there isn't a 'CRASH' but rather you get forcibly booted out.

I cannot say for sure if I spawned right next to the Abyssal Depths Entrance. I spawned far enough away from where I had explored to have none of the map explored. I remember checking if I had my map turned on.
