I see a lot of fire damage on the gear and tree, why do you use frost blades for clearing? Is there some form of conversion I'm missing? Thanks.

The sword has 123% of Physical added as Fire. So even with frost blades you will get a lot of extra fire damage.
how do you ignite with frostblade using that gem setup? (rare amulet one)
or are you not trying to ignite?
Seems like the pastebin code for the Build with xoph and without seems to give out the same tree? Or am I missing smth?

Fire damage on jewels (forgot to add jewels section will do that), after initial igite you get the buff and a lot more fire damage to proc buff

Its optimal in case of both versions only difference is gem setup and amulets (swords nodes are the way to go)

What about Wildstrike? Or is FB much better than Wildstrike?
Any dps lose because of Avatar of fire conversion?

You can very easly use THIS to calculate everything yourself but ill try to explain:

With Avatar of Fire when using FrostBlades you lose around 27% of Physical dmg, BUT because we are using Oni-Goroshi which adds on top of that 123% of phys as fire, the % lost to complete damage output is only 12%.

TL;DR is with AoF in case of FB you lose 12% of total dmg during conversion.

---------------------

Now in case of WildStrike:

One time you deal 100% fire, one 100% lightning and one 100% cold

Lets assume your pdps is 100 to make calcs easier:

Full Conversion with WildStrike would be: (100+123(added fire from sword)) x3 = 669

Partial Conversion (AoF): (100 * 1 + 123) + (100 * 0.5 + 123) + (100 * 0.5 + 123) = 569

Which is around 85% of total with added fire from sword, so ~15% loss to the total damage output.

Ill leave it up to you if 3% difference means that "FB is much better than WildStrike".

I just find it a lot more consistent when it comes to clear. WildStrike also scales a bit different than FB because it uses not only projectiles as second effect.

Leveling this on hardcore, seems like an interesting build. I will probably have to change some things to get tankier though. Maybe a CWDT setup with Immortal Call, or go with warlord's mark.
Update - PoB released new version with Her Embrace buff support - had to adjust gem links to be more optimal and PoB links because of it.
