Hello,

I'm having a trouble where I try to change the email adress on this account. All I get is this message, doesn't matter if I wait 2 hours or 2 minutes, this message comes up every time I'm trying to change my mail. I cannot even begin to describe how frustrating this message is.

This is connected to a steam account and therefore I am not even sure it has a mail, but I would just like to be able to log in with this account on the non-steam version of PoE.

If you only ever played through steam and have never provided an email to GGG (either by creating an account or unlinking the steam one) then there is no email linked that GGG can change let alone rate limit.

Then how do I provide them with an email? Or how do I make it so that this account gets an email to begin with?

You should send an email to support@grindinggear.com and tell them what your problem is.

Those are the folks in a position to help you out, and for privacy reasons, they don't handle account changes in the forums.
